Don has been involved in Motocross for many years. Over the last dozen years, Don has worked with Gary Bailey, building and running the Daytona Supercross. In his "off time", when he's not seeing to the needs of his passion, Full Circle Foundation, Don is the President/CEO of a commercial construction company in California founded over a quarter of a century ago.

"Visions that have been dancing around in my head for the last 15 years have recently become a reality. I feel lucky to be a messenger for a cause that is shared by so many people in the motorcycle industry. I often wonder how incredibly difficult it must be to be restricted in what you can do. How quickly your life goes from total command of your body to being confined to a chair. I know these thoughts have gone through the minds of all of us who ride.
